Applications must be received by 31st May. Successful applicants will be notified by mail in July.

2009 - University Student Centenary Grants - winners
The Wildlife Preservation Society of Australia is delighted to announce the winners of the two grants of $5,000 each to honours or postgraduate students conducting research that will contribute to the conservation of Australian wildlife. The two Centenary Grants are awarded based on each applicant's progress in the project for which the Initial Grant was awarded.
The winners for 2009 are:
Arian Wallach – School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, University of Adelaide.
Project – “Persistence of endangered mammals: Is the dingo the key?”
Andrew Cole – ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies, James Cook University, Townsville.
Project – “The control of coral disease by coral-feeding fishes”
